Kati Grace “KG” Brown: Educational Programs Coordinator
2014-2015 marks Kati Grace’s 8th Season with the Atlanta Shakespeare Company where she is thrilled to serve as the new Educational Programs Coordinator.
Previous stage credits include The Comedy of Errors, Much Ado, Othello, Tempest, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, Hamlet the Musical, Two Gents, Shrew, Love’s Labours, R&J, and King John. She has also choreographed two productions of Much Ado, Hamlet the Musical, two productions of The Tempest and The Two Noble Kinsmen and acted as assistant director for Much Ado, All’s Well That Ends Well and Love’s Labours Lost.
As an educator for ASC, Kati Grace has directed numerous youth productions for students through both artist-in-residency initiatives and Tavern Summer Programs. She created the Shakesploration Days programs for Homeschool students and various in-class workshop offerings such as “Play On! Theatre Games to Build Your Classroom.”
Recently, KG is overjoyed to be working with the professional apprentice company as both a text coach and director of the touring production Shakespeare: the Language that Shaped a World.
